Once your club is chartered - you need to meet the following requirements to maintain active status: Meetings: All clubs are required by the to meet a minimum of two (2) times per month on campus. and must be open to any student that wants to join. Teacher Supervisor: Each club needs to have at least one teacher supervisor (in accordance with the CA Code of Regulations, Title 5, Section 5531). The teacher must be present at all club meetings, trips and events, including those happening after school and/ or off campus. Minimum Active Members: Clubs must have an average of 10 members (including any officers) in attendance at each meeting to maintain charter status. Other Important Things to Know: Liability: Clubs may not engage in potentially dangerous activities that could lead to the injury of one of their members. Examples of clubs that cannot be chartered due to the nature of their activities: Martial Arts, Sailing, Skiing/ Snowboarding, Archery, Biking, Crew, and others as determined by PAUSD Risk Management.
